Return Window

We offer a 5-day return window, which means you have until 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please visit Return Portal in the website footer.

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and the return shipping address.
  • Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee

First 2 Return Requests: Free returns (no return shipping fee).
From the 3rd Return Request Onwards: ₹200 return shipping fee applies, except in the following cases:

  • Received Wrong Product
  • Damaged/Defective Product
  • Package Opened/Damaged During Shipping
  • Missing Items

For these cases, please provide a description and supporting images in the return request to help us process your return smoothly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items marked Final Sale.
  • Gift Cards.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different saree, the fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved. An exchange portal is also in progress.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. However, in some cases, it may take up to 14 days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you do not receive your refund within 14 days, please contact us at hello@dyuja.com.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. 
  • To cancel, please visit your Account page (profile icon in the website header) and select Cancel next to your order. This option will be available only if the order has not been shipped yet.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. However, you may still initiate a return after receiving the item by following our Return Policy.
