Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Time & Delivery
- Within Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, Andhra, Telangana, Karnataka, Goa: 3-7 business days
- Other States of India: 7-10 business days
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.
Shipping Charges
✅ Shipping for the first 2 orders: Free for both prepaid and COD.
✅ From Third Order Onwards:
- Free shipping for prepaid orders.

Free Gift
Kindly note that Free Gift is applicable only for orders made with Prepaid Cash / COD; not for purchases through gift cards.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
- You can also track your order by visiting the Track Your Order portal in the website header.
Address & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate while placing the order.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply.
